We are based in Lancashire and will cover work on a national basis where required. However, we generally work within the the North West, Lancashire, Yorkshire, Cumbria, Manchester, Merseyside, into the Midlands & Wales.

All Energy Performance Assessments are carried out in person by one of our leading Energy Assessors. Every member of our team is a fully qualified, insured and accredited.

We currently issue Energy Performance Certificates on the following:

Flats, Shops, Commercial Units, Offices, Warehousing, Pubs, Restaurants, HMO's, Small Hotels/Guest Houses, Student Accommodation and more...

We work on behalf of Private Clients/Individuals, Surveyors, Commercial Estate/Property Agents, Agencies, Solar Panel providers/installers, Banks & Insolvency Practitioners as well as local authorities.

We enter properties in all types of condition. They can be occupied or empty and with/without electricity. We work with our clients collecting/posting keys etc. so to cause as little inconvenience as possible.
